Add orange juice in place of water to sugar-free gelatin for a tasty, low-calorie dessert.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. (8 serving-size)or 2 pkg. (4 serving-size each) desired-flavor sugar-free low-calorie gelatin
  • Orange juice with calcium
  • Sliced fresh fruit (optional)
 
Method

In a large bowl add 2 cups boiling water to gelatin, stirring about 2 minutes until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in 2 cups orange juice. Cover and chill until set. Top each serving with fruit, if desired.
